Our Prices

Our prices are all inclusive of VAT and are one of the most competitive in the training industry.

Can you tailor courses to incorporate different units from different levels of an application?

Yes we can. Our trainers can tailor a course using our bank of pre-set material or specifically cater for you by working around and referencing material that you need to use on a daily basis.  Please contact us for more information about tailored requirements

Will I receive any support material on the day of the training?

On the actual training day you will receive exercises, handouts, and a comprehensive printed 100-200 page reference guide. The guides are free for half and full day courses. For hourly courses, they can be purchased for an extra £10. (Click here to see a sample reference manual)

What, if any, after training  support do you offer?

At Training Smart we offer all our clients one year's free email support. 

We also offer clients the option of being emailed extra exercises to help support and solidify learning that has taken place in the training room. These exercises are then marked with any feedback as appropriate and returned to the client.

Why book a course through Training Smart?

By providing the above and our tailored training services, we believe we are successfully not only helping our clients “for work situations” but helping clients retain knowledge gained from the training experience, which can then be put to good use instead of simply being forgotten if not used.

What is the booking process ?

Once you have contacted one of our team via email or phone, we will send you an invoice form that needs to be signed and faxed back to confirm the booking request.

What about changing course dates or canceling a course?

We do not cancel courses. However, we can reschedule them, as long as you give us at least 1 weeks prior notice at no extra price.

We want training, but not onsite. Can you facilitate this?

Yes, even though we specialise on, on-site training, we can generally arrange to hire a suitable training room. The cost of which would be added to the invoice.

What are the benefits of on-site training?

You do not have to travel to get to your course. We come to you.
We can use your computer / laptop so you are using familiar equipment and in a familiar environment.
You can still be accessible to the rest of your colleagues and deal with any ad hoc work requests. (This is obviously based on small groups or one to one training)

I don't know which level of course I should take?

If you need help on working out the most suitable course, then contact us and we will e-mail you a Training Needs Analysis form. Once returned, we will work out a tailored course to suit your individual needs based on the responses you selected.
