Microsoft Word-Advanced
(Versions 2000, XP, 2003, 2007)

The Word Advanced course is designed to build on existing knowledge and will enable you to use mail merge options, work and create forms along with customising your view.  It is aimed at anyone who is working with large documents and who need to utilise the higher functions of Microsoft Word.  The course is suitable for users who have a good understanding  of Microsoft Office and are familiar with our Intermediate syllabus.

 

By the end of the course you will be able to :

  • Create a polished document which includes a table of contents and an index
  • Use the mail merge wizard to create and print out letters for mail shots
  • Automate tasks by using Macros
